Facilities are being provided by the health department for people who are bedridden in their homes and their condition is not likely to improve for next six months and who want to be vaccinated against covid-19. This special facility is being planned for vaccination of such persons. For this, the names and address of such persons along with contact number and reason for being in bed should be sent on covidvacc2bedridden@gmail.com so that it will be helpful to plan their vaccination.
It is necessary to have a medical certificate by a treating physician about the bedridden condition and the eligibility of patients for vaccination along with the informed consent by their near relatives or caretakers. All these documents need to be enclosed along with the Email.
