The troupe belted out hits like ‘Jana Jogi De Naal’, ‘Main to tere pyar mein’, ‘Main Deewana Ho Gaya’, ‘Tauba Tauba’, ‘Tu Jaane Na’ from Ajab Prem Ki Gajab kahani. ‘Tere Bin’, ‘Kaun Hai woh’ and ‘Jay jay kara’ from Bahubali 2 and many more. At the request of Union Minister Nitin Gadkari Kailash Kher also presented his famous song ‘Teri Deewani’.
Kailash Kher, whose songs are influenced by Indian folk music and Sufi music kept the Nagpurian audience engaged throughout on the second day of Khasdar Sanskritik Mahotsav. Major General Anil Bam and Shilpa Kharapkar where among the special invitees for the programme.
Building a connect with the Nagpurian audience Kailash Kher said, “Nagpur Orange City se Jana jata hai, per Mere liye to yah Mere Bhole aur aur unke bholo ki Nagari hai. (Nagpur is known for its oranges but for me it is also the city of Lord Shiva and his devotees). Naresh Kamath was the Bass guitarist while Paresh Kamath was on the keyboard.
